My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were large, clean, and well-furnished, although the heating was insufficient on a cold winter night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering storage options and providing valuable recommendations. The location was fantastic, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience was decent for the price, and the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with modern furniture. However, the single small fan heater was not effective in keeping the apartment warm during a cold winter night.
Service
9.0
The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted in getting us set up with a local SIM card.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the central city area with easy access to shops, cafes, landmarks, and various dining options within walking distance. However, the tight parking spaces made entry and exit a bit challenging due to the angle of the spaces and supporting columns.
Dining
6.0
The continental pack provided in the fridge was basic but a good start to the day for the price charged. However, the additional dining options seemed overpriced for the offerings.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered essential facilities like laundry machines, dishwasher, and clothes washer/dryer, ensuring a convenient stay.

My stay at Quest Christchurch was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with full laundry and kitchen facilities, offering great value for the cost. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to cafes and restaurants; just be aware it's on the fringe of the earthquake damage area. The dining options were varied and delicious, although limited on Christmas Day. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious and fully equipped rooms, perfect for families, with excellent kitchen facilities, although lacking air conditioning. The service was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, especially in resolving issues promptly. Its central location near key sites and with secure parking makes it an ideal choice for exploring the city. The dining experience, while basic, provides a convenient start to the day.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite new and well-equipped, but the noise from the neighboring units disturbed my sleep. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, but the dining options were ordinary and overpriced.

The hotel was falsely advertised as a studio apartment without a kitchen or sink, and the room smelt musty and stale. Despite being on the first floor near the patio, it suffered from noise whenever the local tram passed by. The room could be a bit dark at times, although this was somewhat inevitable.

The room was falsely advertised as a studio apartment without a kitchen or sink, and it had a musty smell. The noise from the passing tram was a constant disturbance, and the room was a bit dark during certain times of the day.
Service

The service was friendly and readily provided any information we needed. They were particularly helpful with local tips and even assisted us with phone directions when we were lost in the city. When we lost our key late at night, they went out of their way to help.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic for exploring the center of Christchurch, with plenty of delightful shops nearby and close to Hagley Park. Being right above the tram stop in the middle of town made it perfect for our stay.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was basic with a continental pack provided in the fridge. Although not inspiring, it was a decent start to the day for the price charged.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were average, lacking some essential amenities, but the basic necessities were covered for a comfortable stay.
